Kenya Highlands Evangelical University has become the first University in Kericho County to launch an Online Student Information Management System (OSMIS).
This software project enables the office of Registrar (Academics) to access, manage and process students’ academic records and other important entities. OSMIS also provides a web interface to allow public (students) access to the online system. This would make it easier for students from the satellite campuses to connect with its KHEU Main campus in Kericho.
“This software system represents a significant step in the KHEU management of students’ academic records. It marks the advancement in the rapid growth and embracement of latest technology by institutions of higher learning. OSMIS is intended to support a key component of pre-registration for course units every semester. This project is one of the significant concrete initiatives under the Academic Office”, the Registrar affirmed.
Students of KHEU will now be able to access their results online, check their registration status and submit queries directly to the Registrar or their relevant departments. Click here to access your account.
